Stronger than
they saidyou'd be.

I've been where a lot of my clients are. I know what it's like to feel stuck, in pain, or just not sure where to start. That's actually why I do this — and why I think we'd work well together.

I never understood why people would hire a trainer — Bryan changed that. He made the gym feel like anything but a scary place. He's taught me proper form, new exercises, and given me the confidence to believe I'm strong. Bryan always brings the positivity and believes in me more than I do. I could not recommend Bryan enough.

The Story Behind the Training

Built from
the inside out.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis young. Growing up, that diagnosis followed me everywhere — doctors and adults in my life were pretty consistent about what it meant: there were things I wouldn't be able to do, movements that were off limits, and a future where I just managed it. For a long time, I took that at face value. The pain was real, and surgery kept coming up as the inevitable next step.

Before I ever touched a barbell, I went through the whole cycle. Physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massage, pain medication — I tried all of it. And to be fair, some of it helped a little, for a little while. But nothing actually stuck. I'd feel okay for a week or two and then be right back where I started. It was exhausting, and honestly pretty demoralizing.

Strength training was a last resort, not a plan. But it changed everything. I started building the muscles that actually support my spine, understanding how my body moves, and addressing the weakness underneath the pain — not just the pain itself. I'm not going to promise you a transformation in 30 days. But I can tell you from experience that the right approach to training changes things that years of other treatments couldn't.

"

Most people don't need more information — they need someone in their corner who actually gets it. That's what I try to be.

The Approach

It's not just for back pain.

My background with scoliosis shapes how I think about training with every client — not just those dealing with pain. Understanding how the body compensates, where weakness hides, and how to build from the ground up makes for better results across the board. Whether you're here to lose weight, put on muscle, or just feel better in your daily life, the foundation is the same.

01
Find the Root

Before we talk about goals, we talk about where you actually are. Movement patterns, history, limitations — understanding that shapes everything that comes after.

02
Build Smart

Programs are built around you — not templates dropped from a shelf. The goal is always sustainable progress, whether that means dropping 30 lbs or adding them to your deadlift.

Weight loss · Muscle gain · Strength
03
Stay the Course

Results don't come from the perfect program — they come from consistency. I stay in your corner between sessions, not just during them.

Accountability · Nutrition · Longevity
